We hire full-time, Colorado residents for reservation sales and customer care roles designed to create guests for life. Responsibilities include handling high call volumes via voice, chat, and email, delivering detailed information on Outrigger hotel experiences, and meeting key performance metrics related to service quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle voice, chat, and email guest interactions.
• Ability to read and understand correspondence, memos, and key performance reports.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time while working on the computer, and communicating with various customers via telephone, email, or chat.
• Ability to be flexible with regard to work schedule; weekends, holidays, and evenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reservation sales to drive company revenue goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service handling high call volume and reservations.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for quality of customer service, sales conversion, and efficiency of answering inquiries.
