Outrigger Marketing, Inc. (OMI) in the Denver Metro area serves as the Global Virtual Contact Reservations Center for Outrigger Hospitality Group, a Hawaii-based company.

We hire full-time, Colorado residents for reservation sales and customer care roles designed to create guests for life. Responsibilities include handling high call volumes via voice, chat, and email, delivering detailed information on Outrigger hotel experiences, and meeting key performance metrics related to service quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle voice, chat, and email guest interactions.
• Ability to read and understand correspondence, memos, and key performance reports.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time while working on the computer, and communicating with various customers via telephone, email, or chat.
• Ability to be flexible with regard to work schedule; weekends, holidays, and evenings may be required.

• Reservation Sales – Highly motivated and talented sales-focused position that drives company revenue goals.
• Customer Service - Provides exceptional customer service while handling high call volume, processing reservations, and providing detailed information on Outrigger hotel and resort experiences.
• Key Performance Metrics - Meet or exceed key performance metrics for quality of customer service, sales conversion, and efficiency of answering inquiries.
