Outrigger Marketing, Inc. in Denver Metro seeks energetic sales-oriented professionals to join our remote Reservation Sales team. You will handle calls, chats, and emails to book reservations and provide detailed information on Outrigger hotel experiences.

This full-time role emphasizes meeting sales and customer service metrics, with paid training, equipment provided, and performance-based incentives. Weekend/holiday hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle voice, chat, and email guest interactions.
• Ability to read and understand correspondence, memos, and key performance reports.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time while working on the computer, and communicating with various customers via telephone, email, or chat.
• Ability to be flexible with regard to work schedule; weekends, holidays and evenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reservation Sales – Highly motivated and talented sales-focused position that drives company revenue goals.
• Customer Service - Provides exceptional customer service while handling high call volume, processing reservations, and providing detailed information on Outrigger hotel and resort experiences.
• Key Performance Metrics - Meet or exceed key performance metrics for quality of customer service, sales conversion, and efficiency of answering inquiries.
