Job summary

UL Research Institutes is seeking a Research Coordinator for a remote opportunity. You will work with the IREE team to manage workflows, logistics, and administrative aspects of social science and education research, acting as a cohesive link across projects.

Responsibilities include developing tracking systems, coordinating team meetings, managing trainings and IRB applications, and supporting grant and budget processes within established PM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or research.
• Experience or interest in project management.
• Understanding of ethical requirements for applied social science research.
• Travel to conferences and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems to track and administer social science research.
• Coordinate team meetings and ensure clear roles.
• Track trainings and certifications including renewals.
• Track IRB applications including renewals.
• Assist in budget planning and tracking.
