Job summary

Emory University in Atlanta, GA seeks a Supervisor, Research Projects Coordinator to oversee daily coordination of research activities and supervise data collection staff. You will manage recruitment, screening, scheduling of visits, and data quality, while coordinating IRB tasks and regulatory reporting.

You will collaborate with Principal Investigators on data analysis, presentations, and manuscript preparation, and liaise with departments and external partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field or business management plus three years of related management experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day coordination of multiple research projects and supervise staff.
• Manage participant recruitment, screening, scheduling, and data collection activities.
• Oversee data entry, quality assurance, and maintenance of study databases.
• Coordinate IRB-related activities and regulatory reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Principal Investigators on data analysis, presentations, and manuscript preparation.
• Serve as liaison to departments, external organizations, and CROs.
