Prolific is seeking a Research Consultant for its Managed Services team. You will design and oversee complex studies, advise customers on methodology, and deliver analyses that translate data into actionable insights.

This client-facing role combines research expertise with a consultative, outcomes-driven approach across academia and industry. You’ll work hands-on with Qualtrics and analytical tools, manage multiple engagements simultaneously, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success,

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering complex research projects.
• Proven experience advising on methodology, study design and sampling.
• Strong quantitative research and analytical skills.
• Experience managing multiple client-facing research projects.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics and analytics tools (R, Python, SPSS).

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted research advisor, understanding objectives and recommending methodologies.
• Managing research engagements end-to-end from scoping to analysis and reporting.
• Leading customer conversations, guiding decisions and managing expectations.
• Designing and building studies using Qualtrics and Prolific to ensure quality data.
• Conducting quantitative analysis and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Supply to support opportunities and improve processes.
