Job summary

quantilope is seeking a Research Consultant on the Customer Success Team in New York to guide clients through complex research needs using our Agile Insights Platform. You will mentor juniors, train customers on the software, and become a trusted product expert, ensuring the tool fits into daily workflows.

You bring 3+ years in survey-based marketing research, strong design knowledge, and expertise in quantitative methods, with excellent consulting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in survey-based marketing research.
• Degree in economics, social sciences or psychology with a focus on market research, marketing or statistics.
• Strong knowledge of study and questionnaire design.
• Proficiency in quantitative methods such as A/B tests, MaxDiff, TURF, Conjoint, Van Westendorp and Implicit/System 1.
• Excellent consulting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guiding clients through complex research needs via sophisticated online survey design.
• Delight clients with bespoke insights and novel approaches.
• Mentor and coach junior team members with broad market research expertise.
• Train new customers on our software and inspire adoption.
• Become a product expert and respond effectively to customer inquiries.
• Act as a trusted partner to make our software essential in clients’ daily work.
