Job summary

quantilope GmbH is seeking a Research Consultant on our Customer Success Team to guide clients through complex research needs using our Agile Insights Platform and to mentor junior teammates. You will train customers to use the software independently and respond to inquiries, becoming a trusted partner in making quantilope an essential tool for clients.

You bring 3+ years in survey-based marketing research, strong knowledge of questionnaire design and quantitative methods, and excellent

• 3+ years of experience in survey-based marketing research.
• Degree in economics, social sciences, or psychology with focus on market research or statistics.
• Strong knowledge of study and questionnaire design.
• Excellent consulting and communication skills.
• Able to manage projects and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through complex research needs with sophisticated online survey design.
• Delight clients with bespoke insights and approaches.
• Mentor and coach junior team members; share market research expertise.
• Train new customers on our software and encourage independent use.
• Become a product expert and respond to client inquiries effectively.
• Act as a trusted partner; ensure our software is integral to clients' daily work.
