Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Research Consultant to join our Managed Services team. You will combine your research expertise with a client-facing, consultative approach to deliver outcomes for academia and industry.

You will design studies, oversee data collection and analysis, and translate results into actionable insights, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Supply teams. Remote-friendly, performance-driven culture, and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering complex research projects for academia or industry.
• Ability to advise on research methodology, study design, and sampling strategies.
• Strong quantitative analysis and translating data into insights.
• Experience managing multiple client-facing projects.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics and analytic tools (R, Python, SPSS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted research advisor, tailoring methodologies to objectives.
• Manage engagements end-to-end from scoping to reporting.
• Lead client conversations and manage expectations.
• Design and run studies using Qualtrics and Prolific.
• Perform quantitative analyses and translate findings to actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Supply teams to support opportunities.
