Fight Colorectal Cancer is seeking a Research Advocacy Project Manager to plan, track, and deliver initiatives across advocacy programs. You will manage timelines, coordinate calendars, and support reporting while collaborating with staff and advocate leaders.

The role covers health communications oversight, newsletter/webinar content, and sponsor coordination to ensure consistent messaging and impact. Remote work option with national scope.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, communications, or marketing in nonprofit or health settings.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Experience overseeing communications, social media, or content across multiple channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in patient advocacy, clinical research, or health communications.
• Professionalism, initiative, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage Research Advocacy projects and advocate training initiatives.
• Track timelines, workflows, and deliverables across programs.
• Coordinate program calendars and system support for consistent execution.
• Partner with program staff and advocate leaders to stay on schedule.
• Monitor activities and outcomes to support reporting and improvement.
• Oversee Research Advocacy communications across channels with Brand Marketing.
• Set up newsletter and webinar content with timelines and logistics.
• Maintain consistent voice across Research Advocacy communications.
• Develop sponsorship, impact, and program reports with timelines.
• Coordinate data collection from staff to ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee sponsorship timelines and deliverables and liaise with Philanthropy.
• Maintain sponsor tracking and commitments across programs.
