Job summary

Research To Practice is seeking a part-time Project Manager to support strategic partnership development, institution recruitment, and external engagement across multiple oncology educational initiatives. The role emphasizes relationship building with medical oncology practices, cancer centers, patient advocacy groups, and professional societies.

The ideal candidate has project management, healthcare marketing, data analysis, and multi-stakeholder communication experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical education, patient advocacy, nonprofit organizations, or a related field.
• Experience with marketing, outreach, recruitment, relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with recruitment, marketing, participation, or engagement data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, databases, trackers, and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and provide clear, consistent progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit institutions for Grand Rounds participation across oncology education initiatives.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with patient advocacy organizations, professional societies, and healthcare institutions.
• Coordinate multiple Grand Rounds series and external engagement projects; track timelines and deliverables.
• Support outreach campaigns and collaborate with marketing to tailor recruitment strategies.
• Monitor recruitment and engagement metrics; prepare regular status reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
