Job summary

Digital Promise is seeking a highly organized Research Project Manager to join the Networks and Programs team. This hybrid, remote-facing role coordinates core research activities, including planning, data collection, and publication preparation, while supporting multiple projects with cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 3+ years in education/learning sciences, strong writing and communication skills, and experience with project management tools like

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent experience in education/research.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and interpersonal skills; APA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan work sequentially and oversee daily operations across multiple projects.
• Monitor and report progress toward project goals and milestones.
• Coordinate between project teams and communications liaisons for timely publication of resources.
• Develop and maintain project documentation for internal teams, partners, and funders.
• Assist research leads across the research lifecycle from literature review to data collection and reporting.
• Lead subcommittees as needed.
