Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in REO asset management or related real estate operations.
• Proven experience negotiating real estate transactions and managing assets through disposition.
• Strong knowledge of foreclosure, REO, loss mitigation, title, escrow, and residential real estate processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of residential REO assets across nationwide markets.
• Develop and execute disposition strategies to maximize investor returns.
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics, SLAs, timelines, and key benchmarks.
• Analyze market conditions, inventory trends, and buyer demand to optimize pricing and sales strategies.
• Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and recommendations to clients and leadership.
