Job summary

Selene Finance LP is seeking an experienced REO Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio from acquisition to sale. You will develop asset strategies, analyze valuations, and coordinate with brokers, preservation firms, and closing agents to optimize investor returns.

In this role, you’ll monitor performance, ensure timelines are met, and maintain strong adherence to regulatory requirements while communicating with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in REO asset management, default servicing, loss mitigation, or mortgage servicing.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience reviewing appraisals, BPOs, and market data for valuations.

Responsibilities

• Manage disposition of REO assets from acquisition through final sale.
• Develop asset-specific strategies to maximize recovery and minimize expenses.
• Review appraisals, BPOs, and market data for valuations.
• Monitor asset performance and disposition timelines, report to stakeholders.
• Oversee third‑party vendors: brokers, preservation, valuation, and closing agents.
• Ensure compliance with investor requirements and regulations.
