Responsibilities

• Advertise available properties using various media and promoting materials.
• Assess clients' needs, wants, and budgetary constraints.
• Validate rental application information and personal references.
• Stay informed about current property market status.
• Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, planning, etc.).
• Arrange rental agreements and close deals.
• Ensure proper property maintenance and inspect periodically.
