National Community Renaissance is seeking a Leasing Consultant to show rent-ready apartments and qualify applicants. You will prepare lease documents, maintain resident files, and help market the property to generate traffic.

The role requires basic math, strong English communication, and one year of customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected, and on-site collaboration with the Community Manager is essential.

Formación

• Minimum one year in a customer service related field.
• High School education or equivalent with proficient communication.
• Proficient in English language, verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Show rent ready apartments.
• Meet with prospective applicants.
• Effectively qualify prospective residents and verify applications.
• Prepare lease documents and related paperwork.
• Maintain resident files and ensure timely paperwork.
• Record traffic and follow up with prospects within 24 hours.
• Assist in rent collection and deposits as needed.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Work with a diverse resident base and maintain property appearance.
• Attend company events and participate in team development.
