Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Renewal Account Executive within the Digital Shipping Solutions team to drive client retention and contribute to ARR goals. This remote inside sales role focuses on closing renewals and expanding business with existing clients.

You will manage accounts, generate quotes, and use Salesforce to plan activities, build pipeline, and forecast. EST/CST eligibility; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in client-focused sales.
• Experience initiating 40-60 outbound sales calls at mid-volume.
• Knowledge of Shipping or Mailing domain and carrier solutions.
• Proven ability to close business over the phone or virtually.

Responsibilities

• Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of small and mid-sized accounts with proactive outbound calling (40-60 daily).
• Generate quotes, close activities, and process orders to retain core revenue.
• Present and close renewal opportunities virtually or by phone with existing clients.
• Navigate renewal agreements and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.
• Plan activities, build pipeline, and forecast using Salesforce.
