Qualifications

• Direct experience interacting with clients in a sales capacity.
• Comfortably initiating 40–60 outbound sales calls daily.
• Knowledge of Shipping or Mailing domains and carrier solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of small to mid-size accounts via outbound calls.
• Generate quotes, close activities, and process orders to retain revenue.
• Present and close renewal opportunities virtually or by phone with existing clients.
• Navigate renewal agreements and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Document sales activities, maintain records, build pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce.
• Address objections by communicating program benefits and Pitney Bowes value proposition.
