Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Renewal Account Executive for the Digital Shipping Solutions team. This remote inside sales role focuses on driving client retention, generating quotes, and closing renewal opportunities with existing customers.

You will manage a portfolio, perform 40-60 outbound calls daily, document activities in Salesforce, and collaborate to hit ARR targets. Visa sponsorship is not available; EST/CST eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• Direct, client-facing sales experience.
• Comfortable initiating 40–60 outbound calls daily.
• Knowledge of shipping or mailing domains and carrier solutions.
• Strong SaaS sales experience in ecommerce, warehouse shipping, mailing, or office shipping.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM tools.
• Proven success in client retention.
• Ability to close business over the phone or virtually.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of small and mid-sized accounts through proactive 40–60 daily outbound calling.
• Generate quotes, close activities, and process order information to retain core revenue.
• Present and close renewal opportunities virtually or by phone with existing clients.
• Navigate requirements and regulations associated with renewal agreements.
• Plan and document sales activities, maintain accurate records, execute campaigns, build pipeline, and forecast using Salesforce.
• Address objections by communicating program benefits and Pitney Bowes value proposition.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
