Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Renewal Account Executive for the Digital Shipping Solutions team. This remote Inside Sales role focuses on client retention, closing renewals, and upsell opportunities within the Pitney Bowes SendTech portfolio. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in EST/CST zones.

The non-negotiable compensation is $21.88 per hour with incentive-based earnings bringing on-target earnings to about $75,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, selling SaaS.
• Able to handle 40–60 outbound calls daily.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM.
• Proven track record in client retention.
• Knowledge of shipping or mailing domains.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-size accounts.
• Generate quotes and close renewal opportunities.
• Present and close renewal opportunities virtually or by phone.
• Navigate renewal terms and regulatory requirements.
• Document activities and maintain CRM records; forecast using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with team to upsell and retain revenue.
