Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp. is seeking a Substation Execution Manager to lead and oversee engineering projects in solar, storage, and related clean energy initiatives from planning through construction.

Based in Houston, TX with hybrid work options, this role reports to Field Operations Manager III and requires strong engineering, project management, and regulatory knowledge to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in engineering project management.
• Experience in solar, storage, or clean energy projects.
• Familiarity with Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of engineering projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborate to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed schedules and budgets for projects.
• Ensure regulatory and safety standards compliance.
• Lead project meetings and manage risk.
