Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support Battery Energy Storage and High Voltage BD efforts. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating, tracking, and administrating workflows to pursue new project opportunities.

Collaboration with BD Managers and cross-functional teams will drive timely, high-quality submissions. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in business development or sales support, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; postsecondary certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience in business development or sales support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for meetings up to once a month.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Managers in pursuing new project opportunities by coordinating, tracking, and administrative workflows.
• Manage client data room access and downloads, and distribute materials to internal stakeholders.
• Submit and track internal system setup requests for client portals and opportunities.
• Track incoming RFPs and client requests, flag risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop and coordinate Go/No-Go documentation with key inputs and recommendations.
• Schedule and coordinate client-facing and internal meetings with agendas and follow-ups.
• Track client pipeline requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Enter CRM data and support proposal development with accurate document distribution.
