Cardinal Health, Inc. MMS Solutions invites a licensed pharmacist to join a 100% remote role supporting prescription processing for renal disease medications. The position is full-time with a flex schedule and CST hours.

The role emphasizes accurate order entry, verification, and adherence to regulatory standards while collaborating with healthcare teams across settings. A bachelor’s degree and TN Pharmacist License are preferred, with 1–2 years’ experience recommended.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• TN Pharmacist License Required
• May require vendor credentialing

Responsibilities

• Verify physician orders and check drug/dose under pharmacy information system.
• Enter/validate medication orders in client facility system via emulation.
• Prioritize orders based on queue time or status (e.g., STAT).
• Comply with State Board of Pharmacy rules and client policies.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, patients and healthcare providers.
• Provide drug information and ensure consults are accurate.
• Obtain initial state licensure within required timeframe.
