Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college equivalent required/preferred.
• 5 years of related automotive/remarketing experience required.
• Experience with vehicle valuation, reconditioning assessment, and wholesale remarketing channels.
• Understanding of macro and region-level automotive trends affecting used vehicle pricing.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and manage vendor performance and provide corrective actions.
• Manage regional inventory, including transport status, inspections, grading, reconditioning estimates, sale prep, and sale bids.
• Conduct on-site reviews of auction procedures and sale effectiveness.
• Organize vendor status meetings and review scorecards.
• Negotiate arbitration claims with senior management.
• Identify and execute market arbitrage opportunities.
• Audit auction expenses and announcements.
• Maintain and report travel-related expenses.
