Job summary

Nearmap is hiring a Strategic Account Executive for Roof and Exterior Measurement (REM) to expand across the Insurance market. You will identify, qualify, and close complex REM opportunities with new strategic carriers and expand with existing 200+ insurance customers.

You will lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, develop strategic account plans, and maintain a robust pipeline while achieving targets. A background in SaaS, claims workflow solutions, and ROI storytelling is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in strategic or enterprise closing sales roles within the Insurance vertical with a quota track record.
• Experience selling SaaS, geospatial, data, or platform solutions to large organizations.
• Mastery of enterprise sales methodology (MEDDPICC or similar).
• Deep ROI-driven business case development and value selling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close complex REM opportunities with new strategic carriers and expand within existing accounts.
• Own and lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles with 6–18 month timelines.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with stakeholder mapping and business case development.
• Maintain long-term pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and articulate ROI-driven narratives to enterprise audiences.
• Partner with outbound BDR for territory planning and prospecting.
• Lead contract negotiations including pricing and licensing terms.
