Job summary

Nearmap is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive for Roof and Exterior Measurement (REM) to expand in the Property & Casualty Insurance market. You will identify, develop, and close complex REM opportunities with new strategic carriers and expand REM within an existing book of 200+ insurance customers.

You will lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, drive pipeline, and demonstrate ROI-driven value to senior executives, leveraging Nearmap’s REM suite against third-party providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in strategic or enterprise closing sales roles within the Insurance vertical.
• Demonstrated expertise in Roof and Exterior Measurement space with direct experience selling to insurance carriers.
• Proven success managing strategic accounts and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with 6–18 month decision timelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close complex REM opportunities with new strategic carriers and expand within existing accounts across Claims and Underwriting.
• Own and lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and 6-18 month timelines.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with stakeholder mapping, business case development, and multithreaded engagement.
• Maintain long-term pipeline and prioritize high-value opportunities and expansion.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
