This role requires 2+ years in leasing/real estate or related fields, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple claims. Some positions offer bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Two years experience in leasing, real estate, customer service, or account management.
• Experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate strongly preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customized temporary housing solutions for displaced policyholders.
• Research and negotiate viable like-kind-and-quality housing options.
• Coordinate leases and review related documents.
• Maintain data in housing databases and CRM tools.
• Serve as primary contact for policyholders and vendors.
