Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the client’s move.
• Respond promptly to initial client requests.
• Travel to and from clients’ residences and appointments.
• Measure and layout floorplans for new living spaces.
• Assist packing/unpacking and organize moves safely.
• Direct/assist loading and disposal of materials.
• Work with multiple moving companies and teams.
• Provide community resource solutions for clients.
• Lead and guide team members during the move.
• Ensure timely paperwork and clear client communication.
• Follow up with clients post-move to ensure satisfaction.
