WK Kellogg Co is seeking an Autonomous Maintenance Coach to lead KIWS deployment across Supply Chain and manufacturing, coaching leaders and teams to improve ownership, standard work, and daily execution. This remote role emphasizes AM expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and sustained capability building.

The position requires 5+ years in manufacturing with coaching/leadership experience, and a strong background in AM, TPM, and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of experience in manufacturing, including at least three years in coaching, technical leadership, supervision, or management.
• Broad knowledge of Integrated Work Systems, TPM, High-Performing Organizations, Daily Direction Setting, standard work, capability building, loss elimination, and continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance, Reliability Maintenance, CIPO, Quality and Food Safety, and technical capability development.
• Subject-matter expertise in Autonomous Maintenance and deployment of AM Steps 1–7, equipment ownership, Clean-Inspect-Lubrication, defect handling, centerlining, and problem solving.
• Ability to assess integrated systems, COEs, teams, and AM models against standards; identify capability gaps; coach sustainable improvement.

Aufgaben

• Coach KIWS strategy deployment and plant master plans in alignment with priorities.
• Build capability in plant leaders, COEs, line teams, operators, and technicians.
• Support Daily Direction Setting, loss analysis, performance reviews, escalation, and tracking.
• Perform KIWS and COE assessments; identify gaps and coach improvement plans.
• Connect Autonomous Maintenance with Reliability Maintenance, Quality, and Safety to address losses.
• Serve as the primary AM SME, coaching AM Steps 1–7 and related practices.
• Use data to relate KIWS and AM activity to safety, quality, reliability, and OEE.
• Develop and standardize coaching materials, playbooks, and learning content.
