Aufgaben

• Strengthens the advancement of key requester and client relationships.
• Gather, document, and collect fees for all bulk requests.
• Perform inventory analysis to drive operations.
• Generate and distribute reports to internal teams, external clients, and requesters.
• Provide updates on inventory statuses for near real-time communication.
• Weekly communication regarding unresolved inventory and missing information.
• Monitor and report turnaround times for all communications.
• Communicate messages clearly, promptly, and concisely to clients and requesters.
• Raise issues and promote workload priorities.
• Report to the Requester Account Manager.
