Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship lead for assigned clients and drive sales conversations.

• Grow repeat business, referrals, and wallet share within the portfolio.
• Develop durable networks with referral partners and attendance at local events.
• Collaborate with POD and Production Partners to ensure high-quality loan originations.
• Document client stories and business plans, tracking progress and goals.
