Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role.
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in a sales-partner-facing role.
• Willingness to travel in the region up to 50%.
• Knowledge of the construction or solar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the support and processing ecosystem surrounding financial products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Provide coaching and training for Certified Installer sales reps.
• Proactively visit key partners onsite to foster collaboration.
