Job summary

Hargrove Management Services Organization, Inc is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to be the dedicated point of contact for a defined portfolio of RIA partner firms and their advisor bases. You will own the advisor experience from onboarding through habitual usage, guiding advisors through the referral process and estate planning requirements to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years in relationship management or client-facing roles.
• Background in wealth management or estate planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own advisor onboarding from registration to first referral, guiding through onboarding steps and the NetLaw platform.
• Drive advisor activation and engagement via structured, agenda-driven monthly touchpoints and education programs.
• Monitor engagement in HubSpot, identify dormant advisors, and execute re-engagement outreach.
• Ensure post-referral accountability, coordinate with Client Success for smooth handoffs and client communication.
• Flag disengagement patterns early to protect plan completion rates.
