Job summary

Hargrove Management Services Organization, Inc. is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to serve as the named contact for a defined portfolio of RIA partner firms.

You are a relationship owner and activation driver, ensuring advisors feel supported and clients experience exceptional outcomes. You will manage onboarding through habitual usage, guide advisors through the referral process, and act as the connective tissue between advisors, attorneys, and internal teams to surface patterns and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in relationship management or client-facing roles.
Background in wealth management, wealthtech, or estate planning is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of advisor firms.
Onboard new advisors to NetLaw platform and estate planning process.
Maintain ongoing advisor engagement and re-engagement to drive habitual usage.
Coordinate with attorneys, advisors, and Client Success for smooth handoffs.
Lead monthly touchpoints with firm-level contacts and participate in education programs.
