Job summary

Hargrove Management Services Organization Inc is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to be the dedicated point of contact for a defined portfolio of RIA partner firms and their advisor bases. You are a relationship owner and activation driver, ensuring advisors feel supported and clients achieve exceptional outcomes.

You will own the advisor experience from onboarding through habitual usage, guiding new advisors, surfacing patterns, and coordinating with attorneys and the broader internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in relationship management or client-facing roles.
• Background in wealth management, RIA operations, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own advisor relationships from onboarding through habitual usage.
• Monitor advisor engagement and re-engage dormant partners.
• Serve as a resource for advisors on estate planning and referral processes.
• Lead monthly touchpoints with firm-level contacts and participate in training sessions.
