Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Preferred: pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, MIS, Healthcare Administration or Computer Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day reimbursement operations and data analysis within the Professional Provider Reimbursement Operations (PPRO) team.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and process mapping to support operational efficiencies.
• Contribute to master data management and documentation of systems and processes.
• Collaborate with SMEs, data professionals, and analysts on projects and initiatives.
• Participate in mentorship, project-based work, and cross-functional activities.
