The program supports data operations, reimbursement processes, and business analysis within the Professional Provider Reimbursement Operations team, offering exposure to master data management and analytics. Interns will work with subject matter experts to document processes, analyze data, support reporting, and contribute to operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university as a baccalaureate student.
• Pursuing a degree in business analytics, MIS, healthcare administration, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to plan assignments and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services aligned with operating objectives.
• Participate in projects designed to develop professional skills and expertise for the organization.
• Assist in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or action proposals when requested by management.
• Undertake studies or enrichment programs aligned with operating unit objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
