Job summary

Highmark Inc. is offering a Summer 2027 Reimbursement Analyst Undergraduate Internship to provide hands-on experience in data operations, reimbursement processes, and business analysis within the PPRO team.

The program focuses on master data management, analytics, process improvement, and documentation across systems. As part of the internship, you will work with mentors and cross-functional teams to develop practical skills in data research, mapping business processes, and supporting reporting

Qualifications

Undergraduate enrollment in an accredited college or university.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Pursing a degree in a related business or technical discipline.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day reimbursement operations and data activities within the PPRO team.
Assist with data research and example reporting for reimbursement processes.
Contribute to documentation and mapping of business processes and master data.
Support data operations and quality assurance across multiple systems.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Data Professionals, and analysts.
Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency and processes.
Aid in project planning and execution and provide actionable recommendations.
