Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct affordable housing compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, PBV, HOME, and/or Bond programs.
• Experience with audit preparation and layered compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 4+ Compliance Specialists.
• Perform second-level file reviews for compliance.
• Provide guidance on income calculations and compliance cases.
