Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within financial services or a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory risk and the ability to operate in audit-ready environments.
• Expert SQL skills with complex joins, CTEs, and analytics; proficient in Python (pandas, matplotlib, plotly).
• Hands-on experience with dbt or similar tooling to model data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards, compliance metrics, and regulatory reports for stakeholders and regional officers.
• Automate end-to-end compliance data solutions and data pipelines to boost efficiency.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to produce scalable, audit-ready data models for reporting and analytics.
• Translate regulatory and business requests into accurate reports and automated pipelines using SQL, Python, and dbt.
• Lead cross-functional projects with analysts, engineers, and compliance teams to maintain high-quality data sources.
• Coordinate client data quality monitoring and work with teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Support ad-hoc data requests for audits, exams, risk assessments, and day-to-day needs.
• Deliver data-driven storytelling to shape compliance direction.
