Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Temporary Supervisor - Analytics Engineer to support large-scale regulatory reporting and risk data projects within Financial Services. You will build data pipelines, maintain an immutable data repository, and design canonical models to enable accurate regulatory submissions and executive reporting.

The role requires strong SQL, data modeling, and experience in regulated environments, with collaboration across risk, compliance, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing or related.
• Advanced SQL with complex transformations, reconciliations, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT across multiple source systems.
• Dimensional data modeling and historical snapshot architectures.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Risk Management or Regulatory Reporting.
• Strong data quality controls, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data acquisition, ingestion, and staging processes for large-scale regulatory reporting and analytics programs.
• Develop immutable historical data repositories to recreate prior reporting periods.
• Design and enhance canonical data models, reference data structures, and business classifications.
• Maintain data lineage documentation and control evidence for audits.
• Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology stakeholders throughout projects.
• Support SIT, UAT, implementation activities, and production support.
