Researchers pay up to $65/hr per AI task completed. Tasks require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter. Joining the Expert Network lets you influence future AI systems with your clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Active registered nurse license in good standing (board certification where applicable).
• Recent clinical experience and ability to evaluate clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a screener to join the Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks for up to one hour.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
• Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
• PayPal account to receive payments from clients.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate for accuracy, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare model answers and justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or feedback to help models learn where they fall short.
