Job summary

Pomelo Care is recruiting Registered Dietitians to deliver virtual care for midlife and menopausal transitions. As a 1099 independent contractor, you set your schedule and work with a multidisciplinary team including a medical provider and a therapist, delivering evidence-based nutrition therapy via telehealth.

We offer competitive compensation of $60.00 per active visit hour, an onboarding bonus of $250 after the first visit, and caseload bonuses up to $50/week.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD/NRD by the CDR with a US state license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR systems.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to deliver a cohesive care plan.
• Manage care over multi-week programs to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits.
