Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to provide virtual care for midlife and menopause transitions. As an independent contractor, you will set your own schedule while delivering evidence-based nutrition therapy via telehealth, supported by a multidisciplinary care team.

Compensation is per active visit hour, $60.00 to $70.00, with an onboarding bonus. Pomelo handles scheduling, credentialing, and billing, enabling you to focus on patient outcomes and care cadence.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification and licensure in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth, video conferencing, and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering nutrition care for midlife and menopause transitions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to drive lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits on the Pomelo platform.
