Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver evidence-based virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopause. You will set your own schedule while joining a multidisciplinary team that includes a medical provider and a therapist, delivering cohesive care via telehealth with proactive documentation.

This 1099 contractor role offers $60 per active visit hour, onboarding bonus of $250 after your first visit, and opportunities for caseload bonuses.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) by the CDR with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to facilitate lifestyle changes and symptom management.
• Provide nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
