Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice specializing in women's and children's health, offering menopause support, pediatrics, and pregnancy care through remote, patient-centered nutrition therapy.

As a Registered Dietitian with clinical independence, you will deliver evidence-based nutrition counseling, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• National certification as RD/RDN with a US-state license to practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth, video conferencing, and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure holistic care plans.
• Lead multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, gut health, and body composition.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with privacy standards.
