This role drives profitable growth in municipal markets across a defined U.S. region by building strong relationships and delivering value. You will lead regional sales initiatives, train and support local reps, and engage with key stakeholders to influence specifications, cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Successful experience in technical equipment sales, municipal market preferred.
• Ability to understand customer and business value and communicate it effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan to grow revenue and profitability.
• Lead and support independent municipal sales representatives in the region.
• Conduct customer presentations, trainings, and market development activities.
• Build relationships with municipalities, engineering firms, OEMs, and contractors.
• Identify new customers and opportunities; position Aerzen solutions during project design.
