Job summary

NearU is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead a portfolio of home services across multiple branch locations in the United States. The RVP will be accountable for regional financial performance, customer experience, and talent development.

This executive will align branch GMs, drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure operational excellence. Travel 50–70% is expected, with a focus on scalable systems and culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-location service businesses.
• 5+ years of direct P&L ownership or significant financial accountability.
• Experience managing $50M+ in annual revenue, up to $250M+ preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI oversight.
• Ability to lead acquisitions and integration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive regional P&L performance across multiple branch locations.
• Lead revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, and cash flow; develop operating plans and budgets.
• Establish consistent standards across branches and improve service profitability.
• Recruit, coach, and develop General Managers and branch leaders.
• Lead due diligence and post-acquisition integration; drive market expansion.
• Travel 50–70% across the region.
