Job summary

Marmon Utility LLC is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for the Eastern and Southern United States. This remote role leads a sales organization, develops regional strategies, and drives order growth across power utility products.

You will manage Regional Sales Managers, forecast performance, and partner with Marketing and Engineering to expand market share. Travel up to 40% is required; reside within the Southern or Eastern US.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing for the Power Utility Industry.
• At least 5 years leading sales teams.
• Proficiency with CRM and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy for Southern and Eastern US.
• Develop and manage regional sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, IOUs and Public Power.
• Direct a team of Regional Sales Managers and travel up to 40%.
