Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Regional Vice President to lead operations in a remote setting. You will collaborate with national peers and senior leaders to deliver on Chartwells Higher Ed goals and drive growth across the region.

You will manage District Managers, influence regional strategy, and oversee P&L while partnering with Sales and Retention to win new business. A degree or 8 years’ multi-unit experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or eight (8) years progressive experience in multi-unit foodservice, hospitality management, or Support Services areas in lieu of degree.

• Leads, manages, and inspires a team of District Managers and Resident District Managers to provide top-notch service across the region.
